As part of Black History Month, the Société francophone de Maillardville invites Rokia Kone, owner of Madani’s Kitchen, to introduce you to the taste of West African fusion cuisine. For the greatest pleasure of your taste buds, Rokia Kone and chef Ansou Sagna will prepare delicious bites and beverages from Senegal and Mali.
